Quarter-moon News Post #1

Welcome to the first Quarter-moon News Post! It's also half-moon, so I went to Highstones to receive my first ever StarClan message! Anyway. On with the news.

Headlines:
*No sign of ThunderClan deputy
*ThunderClan needs more warriors
*Kittypets raid ThunderClan camp

Yes, I know, the headlines are dominated by ThunderClan news. But that's understandable, considering that there are no other Clans.

No sign of ThunderClan deputy, Glacierfang. I will talk to Mistystar and see if something can be done. I know that Glacierfang is a great fan of the series and I feel guilty not even telling him when Clan life is. It's our fault, really, not his.

ThunderClan needs more warriors! It's undeniable. We only have three members! Will ThunderClan fall? I hope not. I have put so much heart and effort into WOPD that it would be a shame for it to end. This is a matter of life and death! People, start joining!

Kittypets raid ThunderClan camp, and we can't even tell them to go away! They're safe chats. The only solution is to ignore them. It's a shame. Why can't Pandanda give us our own server! Warriors only! No safe chats allowed!

Herb of the Quarter-moon:
Chervil

Chervil must be one of my favorite herbs. It is used for infected wounds and bellyache, but can also be used during kitting.

To get the goodness out of Chervil, you chew the leaves or the root to extract the juice. Don't worry about the taste - twolegs even use it in their cooking!

I know that I shouldn't put my StarClan message here, but I'm going to put it here anyway. It took me ages to write... well, more like a few minutes. Here it is!

I lay down and touched my nose to the hard, cold surface of Highstone. Drowsiness came at me like a wave of greenleaf mice and I wearily shut my eyes.

My eyes blinked open. I was in a forest, much like ThunderClan's forest, with tall trees  and plentiful undergrowth. A mouse scuttled past me and I crouched down into a hunting position.

Suddenly I heard a mew behind me.
"Blueleaf" They said.
"What?" I said, turning around. There was nothing but thin air.
"ThunderClan must survive" The voice persisted. "But it won't unless you find more cats. Blueleaf, it's possible. Just believe that it is, and do whatever you can."

I woke. My nose was now freezing cold and I quickly hurried back to camp, the dream still dominating my head. StarClan is with us, I thought, and ThunderClan is going to be the best Clan in the forest.
